If you are a resident of one of the residence halls and you do not choose a meal plan, you will be assigned the Gold Meal Plan. Changes may be made until the end of the second week of each semester. We recommend that first year students Go for the Gold meal plan as it offers great value and flexibility.

Guest meal passes- Guest meals allow meal plan holders the ability to treat a guest to a meal in Wadsworth, McNair, or DHH dining centers. The meal plan holder must accompany the guest into the dining room and swipe their Tech Express card for themselves and their guests. It is against university policy to lend your Tech Express card to anyone.
There are differing amounts of guest meal passes associated with each meal plan. Meal plan holders may purchase additional guest meals by visiting the Tech Express center located in the campus bookstore in the Memorial Union Building or by calling them at 906-487-3308. Guest meals expire at the end of each semester.
